Jon Fleming, CEO

Jon Fleming, CEO Jon has over 20 years of experience as a consulting and sales professional helping clients achieve their business objectives. Prior to Surgence, he served as National Director of Market Development for Point B, a national management consulting firm, where he was accountable for leading sales strategy, process and overall growth of the firm.

Jon has a history of building business across numerous US markets. He led Point B's geographic expansion with responsibility for client relationship building, local sales strategy development, practice leadership development and satellite office incubation.

Prior to Point B, Jon led sales for a startup company in Berkeley, California and subsequently built a successful real estate business. He began his career at Andersen Consulting, where he spent several years developing tactical project and team leadership skills. He graduated with a BS in Engineering from the University of Colorado.

Jon now brings his years of business development, executive relationship building and professional services firm growth to Surgence, where he helps other companies achieve their growth and profit goals.

Jon makes his home in Seattle and enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, staying immersed in kids' sports, church activities, fly fishing and skiing.

Greg Bennett, President

Greg Bennett, President Greg Bennett brings his extensive background of sales training, program development and coaching to Surgence. He has been a sales and sales management mentor and process expert since 1988, when he started his own training and consulting business. Over the past 23 years, Greg has worked with thousands of salespeople and hundreds of organizations from Fortune 100 companies to more than 190 professional and collegiate sports programs. He works with clients to improve all areas of sales and customer experience performance.

Greg has developed several proprietary sales and sales management training courses and has authored several books and ebooks on sales including "Consultative Closing" (2006 AMACOM Publishing), "Three Pairs of Glasses" (2011 iUniverse), "Make More Donuts - A Fun Book on Sales Management" (2010 eBookit), "PsychSelling" (2010 eBookit) and "Self Sabotage" (2009 eBookit).

Greg is a rare Colorado native who still makes his home in the foothills suburb of Littleton. He is active in his church and community, and in his free time enjoys all things outdoors, playing drums and spending time with his wife, four wonderful daughters and two grandsons.
